Message From The Principal

It is an honor and privilege to serve as PS7 Middle School’s Principal. I have always had a passion for working with scholars and families and feel grateful for the opportunity to serve this community in my role. This will be my 7th year at St. HOPE with a career here both in and out of the classroom. I started at PS7 Middle School teaching 8th grade math and enjoyed 4 years in this role honing my craft as an educator. The decision to step out of the classroom was a tough one, but it has been so joyful in now being able to not only serve students and families, but also serve our educators. I feel so fortunate to be part of such a compassionate and hard-working campus community!

I would like to welcome all of our new families and our PS7 Elementary families to PS7 Middle School! Our mission is to be the very best middle school within the nation, providing the best staff, educational opportunities, and college going culture to the families within our Oak Park Community. We know that it truly takes a village to raise a child so our campus provides scholars with an immersive experience. It is the norm for our scholars to have strong relationships with many campus staff members, whether they work in or out of the classroom, in an effort to surround our scholars with role models that believe they can truly do anything. In addition, our tight knit community provides our staff with the unique opportunity to not only teach our scholars, but partner with our families to make a positive impact on a scholar’s life as a whole.

We are so excited to have you as part of our campus community! Here at PS7M I can reassure you that our decisions are only ever guided by doing whatever it takes to provide the best to our scholars. We feel so fortunate to have your commitment to our program and look forward to exceeding your expectations through your scholar’s experience on our campus.

I look forward to another amazing year! Go Shepherds!
